Engine 1411 arrived to a 2 story S/F/D with smoke showing on all floors and the basement. Firefighters stretched one line and found a working fire in the basement. Hampton, NJ--74 New Street House Explosion
Hampton, NJ-- Companies were dispatched to 74 New Street for a house that was completely leveled by what appeared to be a propane gas explosion. Dispatch reported that two people a man and woman were in the house at the time of explosion but only one escaped. A retired captain from the Plainfield Fire Department tried to rescue a woman trapped under debris but flames hampered his efforts. Battalion 3 struck a 2nd alarm on arrival for a working fire in a 2.5 story duplex and exposures. Arriving companies placed multiple lines in service attacking the fire from multiple exposures. Deputy 1 evacuated all firefighters placing multiple large lines and ladder pipes into service. Philadelphia, Pa-- 4 alarm East Oak Lane @ N. 12th St.
A fire destroyed the Saint Mary Protectress Ukrainian Orthodox Church located in North Philly at East Oak Lane and North 12th Street. Engine 63 arrived and reported heavy smoke showing from a 2 story church 75x100. Companies placed 2&2 in service and had difficulty trying to locate the seat of the fire. Battalion Chief 2 placed all hands in service along with several hand lines. Command reported heavy fire conditions through the roof and the entire building. Companies evacuated the church and requested the second alarm. Palmer Township, Pa-- 2nd alarm 05:40 hrs 3510 Greenway Street
Captain 2754 arrived to find a mixed occupancy building with heavy smoke throughout and fire showing from the delta side one story vacant structure. Assistant Chief 2752 arrived shortly after took command and had arriving engine companies place lines in service and filled out the 1st alarm.
Companies opened up the main fire building and placed multiple lines in service soon after the main fire building was fully involved as well as the attached two story apartment building. Command struck the 2nd alarm and had ladder pipes put in service with additional arriving companies placing ground monitors and additional large lines in service. Firefighters also laddered the strip mall placing lines in service from the rooftop holding the fire to the adjacent fire buildings.
The main fire building eventually had fire through the roof with total collapse, the apartment was well involved with fire throughout most of the building. Stat…
Palmer Township, Pa-- 19:31 hrs 55 Clairmont Ave
1st alarm for fire in the attic of a 2 story house. Neighbors reported a lighting strike to the home just before the fire. Arriving ladder 2721 from Palmer took the front of the address and stretched one line to the attic. Additional companies took the rear of the home and opened up the soffits to extinguish the remaining fire.

Forks Township Fire working at a vehicle fire after a two car mva this morning. Call was initially dispatched in Forks Township's area but arriving 27 EMS undated the location to Palmer Township's jurisdiction. Palmer Townships Fire Commissioner was notified and held the call to the responding Forks Township apparatus.

Companies arrived to find a mini van that struck a pole on the passenger side front end trapping the female passenger. Firefighters removed the passenger side door to gain access to the patient who was transported by Suburban EMS with reported minor injuries. Plainfield, NJ-- 715 West Front Street 3rd Alarm.
Companies arrived around 3:30 this afternoon to a fully involved fire in a vacant warehouse. Command had arriving companies place two ladder pipes in service with an engine supplying numerous ground monitors. The one-story brick building consisting of old furniture and paper products suffered major damage with a total collapse of the bravo side roof and some walls. Newark, NJ-- 21:19 hrs 57 Crane Street 2nd Alarm.
Battalion Chief-3 arrives on-scene with heavy fire from the top floors of a 3 story vacant house. Battalion Chief-3 reports all arriving companies will be using defensive operations, requests 3rd & 4th due engines report to the D side for exposure protection.
Deputy-1 arrives on scene assumes command reports fully involved structure requests additional Signal 9 above the working fire. Deputy-1 shortly after orders the 2nd alarm filled out, companies operating multiple lines at this time.
Deputy-1 reports main body of fires darkening down with near total collapse of the structure. Around 21:54 hrs Deputy-1 reports no extension to the exposures fire is U/C with a extended overhaul operation.

Firefighters placed multiple lines in service making quick work on the fire. Companies arrived and reported small fire after the explosion and one male with severe chemical burns. Branchburg Township, NJ-- Intersection of Chubb Way and South Branch Rd single vehicle into a pole with fire one unresponsive and rescue breathing in progress, second patient with altered mental status. Air Medical was requested for both patients at first but one was recalled second PT went by ground. Somerset County CART team was requested to reconstruct the scene.

Freemansburg, Pa--204 Juniata Street fire on the 2nd floor of a 3 story row home.
Freemansburg Engine 1212 arrived to find a 3 story row home with heavy fire blowing out of the 2nd floor windows. Two firefighters from Engine 1212 stretched a 1 3/4 line to the fire floor knocking the fire down within moments of arrival. Engine 6341 arrived along with Bethlehem Township fire Companies and assisted with throwing ladders and checking secondary occupancies for extension. All companies made quick work on this fire holding it to the fire floor with minor extension to the third floor.

Easton, Pa-- Working house fire at 1074 W. Wilkes-Barre Street.
On arrival the first due engine had heavy fire blowing out of the 2nd floor of a 2.5-story duplex.
Attack lines went to work on the 2nd floor with heavy fire extending into the attic. Two minutes into the video a Easton Firefighter fell off the main roof onto onto a 2nd roof after missing the ladder rungs. The firefighter appeared to be uninjured and continued to work. Firefighters were eventually forced to evacuate the building due to conditions quickly deteriorating a loss of water pressure and dead hydrants. Companies used all hands with multiple large lines, ladder pipes and ground monitors.
