Lower Nazareth, Pa., Hecktown, Nazareth, and Hanover Township Fire Companies were dispatched Sunday evening for a 2-vehicle head-on motor vehicle accident with entrapment and fire on Nazareth Pike just north of Gradwohl Switch Rd.
