Forks Township, Pa., Commercial Building Fire 11/16/2025

The Forks Township Fire Department responded to the Park Plaza, 1800 Sullivan Trail, this morning for an activated fire alarm at the Desi Flavors Restaurant. Companies arrived and found that the restaurant had a kitchen fire, which appeared to have been extinguished by the sprinkler system. Chief 25 upgraded the incident to a commercial fire and requested a ladder from Palmer Township. The fire was confined to the kitchen area, but the restaurant seemed to have significant water damage, as water was flowing from the entrance way. Photo Gallery
