East Allen, PA: 7956 Beth Bath Pike - dump truck versus SUV. The dump truck, reportedly driving with its dump body in the air, struck the utility lines, rolling over the dump truck and shearing the roof off the SUV. The extent of injuries is unknown at this time. Photo Gallery
